  • Payments are accepted exclusively through the PhonePe Business Payment Gateway, including UPI, debit/credit card, and net banking.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

  • Please retain your transaction ID or payment confirmation for reference.

  • Any taxes or additional charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

For Physical Products:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Items are shipped via reliable courier partners such as SME Cargo, Mahindra Logistics, DTDC, etc.

  • If delivery is not feasible, your order will be canceled and a full refund processed within 7 business days.


7. Returns and Refunds

Physical Goods:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item

  • The item was dead on arrival (DOA)

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and invoice

  • Photographic or video evidence is required to initiate a return

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • We will cover return shipping costs only if the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refund Timeline:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Order Cancellations

Physical Goods:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment.

  • We assist customers in connecting with official support or service centers when needed.
