🚚 Shipping Policy

For Physical Goods (Computers, Servers, IT Hardware):

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after successful payment.

  • Delivery is completed within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once shipped.

  • Free shipping applies to locations served by reliable courier/cargo partners such as SME Cargo, Mahindra Logistics, Shree Nandan Courier, DTDC, etc.

  • If delivery to your location is not feasible, the order will be canceled, and a full refund issued within 7 business days.

🔁 Return Policy

Physical Goods:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

  • Product dead on arrival (DOA)

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice

  • Photo/video evidence is required to process return requests

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • If the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong/damaged item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping.

  • In all other cases, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
